VALIDATING A KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ORIENTATION CONSTRUCT IN THE PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES CONTEXT IN JORDAN: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

This study is an attempt to validate one of the knowledge managements constructs that called management orientation (KMO), which was proposed and validated already by Wang Ahmed (2004). The reason for this revalidation f KMO construct work in a different context where it will be applied measure performance private universities Jordan. To achieve this, random sample 296 managerial position employees selected from Jordan, confirmatory factor analysis test model fit. results revealed modified with only 19 items rather than initial 30 items, all five factors remain same. As reliability validity, shows quality measurement conducting Internal composite Reliability Convergent Discriminant validity.
